Widgets are a simple way to modify DeskPRO.
Creating widgets is the simplest way to add features to your helpdesk quickly, with a shallow learning curve.
There are two disadvantages of widgets compared to full apps:
- You can only make relatively simple changes with a widget, compared to what’s possible with apps.
- You can’t conveniently distribute a widget for installation on other DeskPRO helpdesks.
